Key Responsibilities

·        The role involves aggressively identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors who provide delivery partners across assigned regions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, staffing agencies, and field recruiters.

·        The role also requires negotiating and managing contracts.

• Drive rider supply growth and achieve onboarding targets across operational locations.
• Own vendor performance, vendor growth, and ensure delivery against agreed hiring targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new supply channels and strengthen existing vendor partnerships.
• Develop sourcing strategies to improve rider acquisition and reduce supply gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and Recruitment teams to fulfil city-wise manpower requirements.
• Analyse market trends, competitor hiring practices, and local supply opportunities.
• Ensure vendor compliance, documentation, and onboarding quality standards.
• Track vendor performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
