About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Executive to manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery operations and monitor fleet performance
Manage delivery partners and ensure timely dispatch
Optimize delivery routes for speed and efficiency
Handle customer and partner queries related to deliveries
Track orders and ensure successful last-mile completion
Work closely with warehouse and support teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of logistics or delivery operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience in logistics or e-commerce industry
Familiarity with route optimization tools
Good analytical thinking
